Robbi is the assistant that talks to clinics on your behalf through the DoctoLink Connector. Every booking includes a verification step so you (and the clinic) get an end-to-end audit trail.
Yes. Open your booking from the confirmation email and choose Cancel or Reschedule. Robbi will release your slot automatically and notify the practice.
DoctoLink only shares the minimum data needed to confirm your booking with the clinic. All Robbi actions are logged in the Connector for traceability. We comply with GDPR and German medical data regulations.
